We collect only what's needed to deliver our services, and we never sell your personal information. Here's exactly what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Who We Are

Aberrant ("Aberrant," "we," "us," or "our") is a digital agency providing website development, mobile and web application development, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) management, social media marketing, web hosting, and related services. Aberrant Interactive is owned and operated by Ridge Point Holdings, LLC, headquartered at 3651 Peachtree Pkwy #E, Suwanee, GA 30024, USA.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit goaberrant.com or any site we operate, contact us, request a proposal, sign a service agreement, or otherwise interact with us.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Contact details — name, email address, phone number, company name, and website URL — submitted through our contact and SEO assessment forms.
  • Project details and any descriptions, files, or assets you share when discussing or executing a project with us.
  • Billing information processed by our payment processors (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
  • Account credentials for our customer portal at billing.goaberrant.com.

Information collected automatically:

  • Server logs (IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, timestamps).
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies — see Section 5.
  • Aggregate analytics from third-party tools (e.g., Google Analytics) used to improve our site.

Information from third parties: If you engage us for SEO, PPC, or social media work, we may receive analytics, ad-platform, and search-console data tied to your accounts strictly to deliver the services you've engaged us for.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to inquiries, provide proposals, and deliver services you've engaged us for.
  • To manage billing, subscriptions, and customer support.
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website, applications, and hosted services.
  • To send service-related communications (project updates, invoices, security notices).
  • With your consent, to send marketing emails about new services or insights you'd find relevant. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • To comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect our rights.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate our business — including our CRM (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector), payment processors (e.g., Stripe), email and SMS providers (e.g., SendGrid), hosting providers, and analytics tools. Each is bound by contract to use your data only on our instructions.
  • Authorities, when required by valid legal process or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Acquirers, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

We never share project files, source code, or confidential business information you've shared with us with anyone outside your engagement team without your written authorization.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, analyze site usage, run remarketing/advertising, and operate live-chat (the GoHighLevel chat widget on our pages). You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking cookies may affect some site features.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including TLS encryption in transit, hashed credentials, principle-of-least-privilege access, and routine security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Project files and code repositories are retained per the terms of your engagement; backups follow standard retention schedules.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., California, Virginia, Colorado, the EEA/UK), you may have rights to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your information.
  • Opt out of marketing communications and certain types of processing or "sale/share" (we don't sell, but you can still submit a request).
  • Request portability of information you provided.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

To exercise these rights, email privacy@goaberrant.com. We will verify your identity before responding and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Users

Aberrant operates from the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. By using our services, you consent to that transfer.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the website or by email where appropriate.
